- Supply and install 2 x MKO4 Velux windows
- Labour to install x 2 client supplied windows

Labour to install 1 x client supplied window + Labour to install client supplied French doors and Juliet balcony

Option A
Allows you to take the project to a finish in your own time
Many clients have friends and family who are decorators, plasterer’s electricians and plumbers that can help complete the project allowing you to make considerable savings.
Option B
We have built up working relationships with several local companies who offer a fixed price finishing service which will include;
Plaster boarding: Skimming new walls and ceilings
Install a client supplied bath or shower, wc and hand basin, fit 2 x client supplied radiators
Lay client supplied tiling up to 8 sq meters,
Fit 2 x client supplied internal doors, 1 x Eaves door, architraves door stops and skirtings.
Supply and fit 12 standard spots lights, 5 double sockets, 3 light switches
Supply and fit 3 x smoke alarms and mechanical ventilation for the bathroom
