Loft structures built a shell for a neighbour and they were
Delighted. The loft was built for just under £35k leaving us
the plastering, electrics and plumbing which we organised
through friends and family.
The Planners required our ourselves and our
Neighbour’s lofts to be built together as part
of the approval. The team were great in and
out in under 2 weeks with just the internal
works left, a great option and would definitely
take this route again.
My Husband can do plumbing and electrics so this
Was a great option for us, we called in a few favours
through family and saved nearly £15k. Would
thoroughly recommend.
