Which areas do you cover?

Do You provide drawings and calculations?

Yes, we can assist with a full scope of architectural and structural services.


Do I need a party wall agreement?

All Terraced and semi-detached properties will require this.
We can help you arrange this.


How much insurance do you have

We have both employers Liability (£10m) and public
liability insurance (£5m).


Do you have any references I can speak with?

Of course, we will supply you with contact details of the
most recent customers who will be able to discuss their experience
with The Loft Structure Company.


What if I haven’t got a drive way

We can arrange for skips to be delivered on the roadside.
Please note that each street may have different parking restrictions.
It is important to investigate your own requirements as these
maybe variable ranging from a simple skip license to bay suspensions.


What if we want a shower room

If you require a bath / shower room, we can allow for the existing soil
Vent pipe (SVP) to be extended and left in position for you plumber to connect.
(Don’t forget to advise if required)


Can I live in the property whilst the work is ongoing?

In the majority of the works we carry out, our customers
remain in the property for the duration of the project.


Can you arrange building control?

Yes, we have several building control companies that
we frequently work with.


What do I need to do to prepare for the project?

The loft space will need to be emptied and any tanks
disconnected prior to commencement of works.
